How It Works

Unlike most coworking spaces Sofinal Common Space is a cooperative organization. 
Where the members and shareholders operate the building and spaces. 

1  Introduction

Applicants are required to submit applications, appear in interviews, and narrate the idea they are passionate about. Every candidate must be clear about the vision and mission behind the activity or business they want to develop.

2 Pitch Ideas

Present your idea to our panel of shareholders to recognize the value of the common space project. Get it reviewed by our founding shareholders. Applicants who successfully clear round 2 will move to the incubation round.

3 Induction

Selected candidates will be invited to become Members or Initiators. Depending on their specific needs and their compatibility with the Common Space project. Members will become shareholders of the Sofinal Common Space cooperative and occupy a defined floor space within the building. Initiators will have the flexibility to grow and use the infrastructure and the office to develop their activities.

4 Initiate

Time and space are allocated to the members and the initiators. Each can develop their assigned space to their needs and function. Common infrastructure and spaces are furnished and designed to suit the needs of all the projects. the graduates.
